The classic Syd Barrett-era Floyd at their most adventurous and exploratory, 'London 1966/1967' features two rare performances, including an explosive 17 minute version of 'Interstellar Overdrive', recorded at the legendary Sound Techniques studio in early 1967.
These first ever studio recordings from the classic 1960s Pink Floyd line-up are now available on a limited edition 180 gram white vinyl version in a gatefold cover, with printed inner sleeve.

“From The Vault” is a new series of live concerts from The Rolling Stones archive which are getting their first official release. “L.A. Forum – Live In 1975” is the second title in this series. The Rolling Stones’ “Tour Of The Americas ‘75” was the band’s first tour with new guitarist Ronnie Wood. Even before the dates started there were dramatic scenes in New York City at the official tour announcement when the band unexpectedly turned up on a flatbed truck to play “Brown Sugar”. After a couple of low key warm-up shows in Louisiana the tour took in 44 dates between the 3rd June and the 8th August 1975. They settled into the L.A. Forum for a five night stint from July 9th to 13th and this concert film features the show from July 12th. The footage has now been carefully restored and the sound has been newly mixed by Bob Clearmountain for this first official release of the show.

“A golden despondency” is how Kevin Barnes translates the meaning behind Aureate Gloom, the title he gave of Montreal’s thirteenth full-length album.
The oxymoron is one Barnes says best describes the overall state of his life and mental outlook while working on the record: first on a writing retreat in New York City, then while demoing tracks in Athens, before finally recording at Sonic Ranch, just across the border from Juarez, Mexico in the Texan desert.
If you’re wondering what exactly would lead Barnes to use this epithet to describe his reality at the time, look no further than the songs themselves.
While many bands rely on vague platitudes as an attempt to make their songs universally applicable, Barnes chooses to take the opposite tact — penning lyrics so personal they sound like entries ripped from a journal that should be permanently kept under lock and key.

Camper Van Beethoven’s 2004 reunion release expanded and reissued!
Camper Van Beethoven reunited in 2000 and even recorded and released a pair of records, but it was 2004’s New Roman Times that was the “official” document of the band’s reformation. The band’s David Lowery states in his liner notes, that it was “the one that got all the press and fanfare. And it was a good thing, because it was an extremely ambitious record.”
