Rolling Stone Readers Pick "American" Songs

In this week's issue of Rolling Stone, a readers poll revolved around favorite "American" songs. That wouldn't be songs ABOUT America or songs written BY Americans, but songs that have America or U.S.A. in their titles. here are the results:
